Various posting including Senny Bridge then in Sep 1949 to Hong Kong to serve 8 Weeks with 58th Medium Regt until discharge to the Reserve in early 1950. Recalled in August 1950 to serve in the Korean War with 170 Independent Mortat Battery. Discharged to the Reserve in 1952. Sgt V.Mech.

My great grand father was in the British Royal Artillery in WW1 where he lost his life and I am looking for info on him and his regiment. He was Gunner Bertie Pinch "D" Bty, 170th. Bde. Royal Field Artillery - he was killed in the Battle of Arass in France on May 2nd. 1917.
