'Das Yid' - I joined 56 (Olpherts) Heavy Bty RA in late 1979 just
in time to go to Belfast!! Stayed with this unit until 1983 when I
left the Army. Re-enlisted very quickly, initially into the Royal Pioneer
Corps, and spent the next three years dodging around all over the place.
Finished up at Royal Marines Poole instructing TA Artillery Commando's.
Two failed relationships (child from each) now single and happy!! Currently
reading for a degree at Southampton Institute (BA (Hons) Criminology).
Love to hear from anyone who may remember me.

with the 4th Royal Tank Regiment in 1947, Egypt. He also served in
